The Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Safe Access Zones) Bill 2015 introduced by the Victorian Government is a gross breach of freedom of speech, by seeking to ban pro- life speech and literature on Victorian footpaths.
The Government does not want its free speech promoting abortion stifled in Victorian schools. However it wants your free speech gagged if you are pro- life and within 3 Olympic Pools (150 metres) of an abortion clinic.
